About Us
UCC (United Carton Company) a newly established corrugated plant.
We started production in January 2019.
UCC is located in 10th. Of Ramadan city, Industrial area A4, plot No. 7. With an Area of 21000 mt2.
UCC has the up-to-date corrugated machinery: –
-2.5 mt. width corrugator with 3 single facers having C, B and E flute profiles. This corrugator can produce different board types (single face, single wall, double wall and triple wall).
-Latest technology Automatic starch kitchen that assures consistent board bonding quality.
-2 X 5 colors Flexo printing machines that can produce all box styles with a monthly capacity of 1800 ton.
We add on 2019 other two Flexo printing machines to increase the productivity up to 3800 ton / month.
And by the Middle of 2020, we add another one Flexo machine to reach the productivity of 4800 ton / month.
We use the latest ERP system used in most of the successful corrugated plants in the region to control all the process stages and facilitate the traceability.
